3. sometimes move jobs around and have a 3 day weekend.
4. some days work backwards last account first/1st account last
4a. that way your not always in the same place at the sametime
5. get to use and ride your own equipment.
6. Don't get to far behine when it rains.
7. get to drive your own truck and not beat it.
8. get to keep your equipment washed weekly and clean looking
9. start late finsh late///start early finsh early :)
10. nobody tells you what to do you are your own BOSS

I'm going to take some slow time this winter, if I ever get some, and take a close look at every aspect of my business. I want to find smarter ways to work, and above all else, I want to have fun!!!

I couldn't of said it better myself. All the reasons listed are why I'd like to stay somewhat small. Do what I want when I want and not having some @@@@@@@ telling me what to do. Then tell you hey your doing a GREAT JOB but you just make too much money so there will not be a pay raise again this year.
You and you alone decide how much money you want to make then GO FOR IT!!!!!!!!! Just how I feel.
