drive problem left side

Please help, I have a 2002 XF26efi Dixie. The problem has been on the left side, when driving full speed in foward or reverse, the left side lags behind causing me to back off of the right side to continue going straight, which greatly reduces my speed. However, the biggest problem I'm having is when I try to go up a slight incline. The left side will not go, it just stops and then I need to back down and get some speed with the right side to go up the incline. On flat ground, it drives okay. The left side is sluggish when turning around to go back other direction.

First, be sure your left pump wheel motor's dump valve isn't partially open. If that is ruled out, you may have a wheel motor issue on that side and your mechanic should look at it.

Also check the clear lines for bubbles indicating a leak on the suction side of the pump. :)
