I have an X2000 Dixie Chopper with a 60" Deck. I'm having a problem with grass discharge. I get allot of grass build up under the deck rather quickly and then clumps start shooting out. I'm using gater blades right now and was wondering if another type of blade would help with the problem. Also I would like to know the correct placement for the pins for the deck support brackets.

I recommend eliminating the Gator blades for now and using them only for mulching leaves. Gator blades mulch leaves very well but there is one thing they are terrible at. Cutting grass. When cutting grass that is wet or holding moisture with Gator blades, it's about like putting grass in a blender. You're creating this wet "cole slaw" under your deck and it's naturally not going to discharge well and it's going to stick to everything. Your mower does not have sufficient power to run double blades which would be a better alternative if you had more horsepower. Switch to single standard blades and see how that works.
