Silver Eagle HD air filter

The subject came up on an earlier thread but to my knowledge no definative answer was given. I just bought a new 50" Silver Eagle and want to install a heavy duty air cleaner. My dealer did not think anything was available yet. I would like to order one as soon as they become available. Can you bring us up to speed on the availability of part numbers to make this modification?

The parts to upgrade your Silver Eagle are available at Kohler.You will need 2 parts,(1) 24-743-22 Kit (includes carburetor that MUST be changed) and a 24-743-36 Elbow.This upgrade is for a 20HP Kohler Spec #65594.Your dealer can order these parts and I would reccomend that he also install the parts so you do not void your engine warranty.Good luck! :cool:
