Do I run a huge risk of hydro failure by pulling a 25 gal lawn sprayer with a DC SE LT2000.

I do not think it will hurt your unit as long as the tires(on the sprayer) are properly inflated. :)

The mower wont even know it's back there...

Now do you have a license to apply chemicals?
