leaking fuel cap

Hey Dixie service I recently purchased a new 2005 50 hp Dixie diesel and I have 20 hours on it an I noticed that when the fuel tanks are topped off ( no more that my other 2 diesel units) that it squirts out of the vent on the right side tank when i"m mowing. Is this normal or is something not hooked up right or is there a fix for this? Also what engine RPMs should it be turning with the blades engaged full throttle in the shop? Thanks

Your dealer is the best place to take your unit.You may have a blockage in one of your fuel return lines.I will have your RPM figure on Monday

The RPMs should be 3400 no-load around 3200 with the blades on. :)
