He claimed it would never cut the same 'cause it would never again hang the same. Anybody ever heard of this, or is it just BS? Maybe the issue was with his mechanics? The reason I...

  5. Warranty question

Hi, I posted a thread yesterday, maybe I worded my question incorrectly. I have a Dixie Classic 27/50 I have had two PTO clutch failures. Hi, I am new to the forum. I have a 2006 LT2400 with a 44" deck. It is a grass cutting son of a gun. My problem is that my 3 acre yard is kinda ruff and the Chopper could care less. It bounces so hard in the front it hurts. Getting up any speed at all is out of the question. I have read the...

  8. Generac crankshaft trouble

Hi, I have a Dixie 2750 with a Generac motor, I'm on my third blade clutch. At $350 a piece this is an expensive lesson. I now believe my crankshaft has a excessive run out, causing the bottom clutch bearing to fail. I understand that Generac has a very firm policy about interanal warranty,...

This is my first post!!! I love reading this forum, but I never get to contribute! I have not really had any problems with my mower so I have never had anything to ask. I am not a mower expert, so I don't get to be to helpful in that regard either. Anyway, here is a video I made about why I...
