What is the biggest noticable differance?
Overall It just works more smoothly and quickly than vista. The task bar works different and there are lots of little tweaks and improvements here and there. There are lots of reviews that go over all the changes and improvements in detail.Originally Posted by cclllc

I think i`d want to wait a bit before i switch from vista.
I never really had any issues with XP.
XP was great but you have to switch eventually as support for it dies off and windows7 won't be a disappointment. I only stopped using XP about a year ago myself since Vista had finally become workable for me. Now that I'm used to win7, going back to xp would be akin to a XP user going back to windows 98se.
I'm still using Win98 se. I have never hooked up my XP machine to the internet.
